About Me
Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, I learned resilience early, watching my single mother navigate life’s challenges. At 18, I joined the Air Force, serving for seven years and developing the discipline and leadership that would shape my future.
In 1997, I moved to St. Louis, balancing marriage, motherhood, and my passion for storytelling. By 2008, I earned my degree in Performing Arts from SIUE and moved to California, working on major television and film productions. But beyond entertainment, I craved a deeper purpose.
After publishing The Cinderella Syndrome: When the Glass Slipper No Longer Fits, I found myself at a crossroads. I stepped back to raise my children—including coaching my son, Spence Moore II, in his acting career—while also pursuing a new calling: understanding the mind.
Earning a Master’s in Psychology and becoming an LMFT, I merged mental health, self-improvement, and the arts into a powerful tool for healing. Today, as a speaker, therapist, and educator, I help others break free from limiting beliefs, heal through creativity, and step into their full potential.
Through my private practice, nonprofit Power & Purpose, and transformational seminars, I am redefining healing, growth, and empowerment.
